Melissa Galvan, M.A.
Licensed Clinical Aesthetician & Cosmetic Injector
Melissa founded Pureluxe Medspa to provide superior quality beauty treatments, in a relaxed atmosphere that would put patients at ease from the time they walk in the door.
Her experience spans over 20 years in a variety of fields including prescription supervised weight loss, cosmetic injections, and hormone therapy, just to name a few.

Victor Atun, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Atun is a well-respected Plastic Surgeon whose medical philosophy is to provide the highest level of patient care in a safe and supportive environment.
Dr. Atun is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with an M.D. from the Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia in Lima, Peru. He completed an internship in General Surgery at St. Elizabeth Hospital Medical Center in Youngstown, OH, as well as residencies in General Surgery at Mt. Sinai Hospital Medical Center of Greater Miami in Miami Beach, FL, and at the University of South Florida Surgery Program in Tampa. In addition, Dr. Atun also completed a fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at George Washington University and a fellowship in Cosmetic Dermatology and Laser Surgery, both of which are in Washington, D.C.
Paula Springer, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Springer attended medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch for medical school and completed her residency at the University of Texas at Hermann Hospital in Houston. She has been practicing internal medicine and treating for over 30 years in the Houston area, and continues to provide her patients with the highest level of care possible.
